  • To be eligible, products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the item to be collected or guide you on the return process.

  • Returned products will be inspected before approval of replacement or refund.

3. Refunds

  • Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed in the form of cash reimbursement or bank transfer after successful return verification.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Exchanges are processed once the returned product is received and verified.

5. Non-Returnable Items
